****As most of you already know, I am very much focused on biomechanics, injury prevention, balance, and moving forward with efficiency.   If you have an injury, or anything that is causing you problems, then let me know ahead of time and I can work some strength and stretch movements into the class.****

 

So a heads up that this is Sheriyoga and ..this will not be like the fancy botox and boobs classes you see advertised on TV.....

YOGA REGISTRATION

   $10 first class per week $5 for second and 3rd Class

   4th class is free

If you would like to attend a class at a more convenient time for you and have a few friends who would also join us, I can accommodate. 

All classes are drop in

MONDAY  YOGA  9:00-10:00 am

TUESDAY    CORE/STRENGTH/YOGA  9-10:15   am

WEDNESDAY  BREATHING/BALANCE/CORE/STRETCH  9-10:15 am

THURSDAY   CORE/STRENGTH//YOGA  9-10:15   am

FRIDAY  YOGA  9:00-10:00 am
